RETURN OF PROPERTY/EVIDENCE
HOURS FOR PROPERTY RETURNS
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
9:30am - 12:00pm & 1:30pm - 4:00pm
Monday-Friday
If items have been seized pursuant to an investigation, they can only be returned after proper authorization has been received. This authorization is either by the Investigating Officer completing a disposition form or a Judge signing a Court Order. The return of a firearm is by a Court Order ONLY.
Due to our Evidence/CSI Division responding to scenes and/or performing other job duties away from the office, there are no walk-in hours for property returns. Returns are by appointment only. This is to also ensure that the proper legal authority for return has been received.
Please call (336) 242-2905 to schedule a property return.
*Be sure to bring proper ID to your appointment*
